I’m Kaycee — and I believe you deserve to feel safe in your own body.
I am passionate about empowering people to live a life full of meaning and connection. At the core of my work is the desire to support you in feeling safer in your body, more secure in your relationships, and more fully present in your day-to-day life.
My purpose is to provide you with tools to release shame, develop self-compassion, find safety within the body, foster self-awareness, and create safe and meaningful connections with others. Traumatic experiences can leave you feeling unsafe, overwhelmed, and out of control — I want to support you in returning to yourself.
I work with adults one-on-one, and I am particularly passionate about supporting those living with trauma (including complex, developmental, relational, and sexual trauma), Borderline Personality Disorder, and LGBTQ+ clients. As a member of the queer community myself, I bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to this work.
The depth of safety you feel in therapy has a direct correlation to the depth of your healing. That safety grows through a strong therapeutic relationship and an integrated mind-body approach. This is a judgment-free zone.
Core Values
Safety
Healing can only happen when you feel safe enough to be vulnerable. I am committed to creating a space where you are truly met.
Authenticity
You are welcome here exactly as you are — not a polished version. Just you, right now, in all your complexity.
Compassion
Every part of you developed for a reason. We approach all of it — even the difficult parts — with curiosity and care.
Embodied Wisdom
Your body holds deep intelligence. We honor the wisdom of the nervous system as a pathway to lasting healing.
